Retail therapy: Marina Village retail slated to open early 2017

By Katherine Verano in Community, Marina, Shopping

A shoreside village will take shape over the coming seasons, with a unique selection of boutique shops, cafes, hotels and residences nestled throughout.

As the iconic Customs House rises, construction on retail is also well underway in the marina village. This first phase flanks the Customs House and consists of seven small bays, which will house men and women’s boutiques, a home interiors and design center, specially-commissioned rum shop featuring high-quality, small batch spirits from around the region and more. These shops are expected to be ready to occupy by the end of 2016 and open in early 2017.

We are pleased to be working with retail leasing specialist Tim Rowley, who spent the last 11 years as the leasing agent for Kiawah Island’s Freshfields Village. Tim is hard at work seeking out “best-in-class” vendors to create a village experience that is commensurate with the Christophe Harbour brand and our discerning clientele. For more information, opportunities and leasing parameters for this initial phase, please contact Tim at [email protected].
