Starters

Mahi Mahi Ceviche with fried sweet potato, coriander, lime and chili

OR

Nevis Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Beldi lemon, basil pesto and dried black olive

 

Main Course

Seared Scallops with butternut squash purée, spiced pecans, and orange sour cream

OR

Grilled Chicken with mushroom and cream, tarragon carrots, and mashed potato

 

 

Dessert

Brown Sugar and Cardamom Créme Brulee, honey and almond biscotti

OR

Carpaccio of Local Fruits, apple and champagne sorbet, rosemary syrup
