SALT Plage serving up Steel Pan and a Caribbean Pig Roast on December 28

By Katherine Verano in Community, Dining, Events, St. Kitts

The communal experience of a whole roast pig during the holidays goes back thousands of years. It's a tradition still embraced throughout the region. We're carrying on the tradition here at SALT Plage. Join us Friday, December 28 for sunset steel pan and a Caribbean pig roast supper. Executive Chef Barnaby Jones and Sous Chef Saundia Mitchum Glasgow are serving up a menu with all the usual fixings with a few new twists. You won't want to miss starters such as roast pumpkin, arugula and cranberry salad, conch chowder, or pasta, shrimp and pineapple salads. For the main course, we're firing up the Cuban box for roasted pig plus pligs in blankets, grilled fish and BBQ chicken.

Cost is $48 US ++.  Reservations are recommended as seating is limited. Please contact Chris Warburton for more information and to make a reservation.
