What is the current status of planning and construction at Christophe Harbour?

Christophe Harbour has commenced intensive planning and engineering studies for the resort infrastructure, the homesites at Sandy Bank Bay, the Tom Fazio golf course, the Marina harbour, and various other aspects of the development. Infrastructure for Sandy Bank Bay is under way and is anticipated to be complete by mid-2010. Construction has commenced for the golf course, and construction of the Sandy Bank Bay Beach Club is anticipated to begin in early 2010.

It is anticipated that the golf facilities should be available for play in the fall of 2011, with the Sandy Bank Bay Beach Club opening in late 2011 or early 2012.
