What is the current status of planning and construction at Christophe Harbour?

Infrastructure is complete within Sandy Bank Bay, and The Pavilion beach club is opening in November 2011. Intensive planning and engineering studies are ongoing, and the first phases of construction are underway for the Tom Fazio golf course and the mega- yacht harbour. Several homes have been completed, with more under construction and under review by the Design Review Board.
