May I become part of the homesite Founders Program at Sandy Bank Bay?
Yes. The Christophe Harbour sales and marketing office is currently offering a limited number of Homesite purchasers the opportunity to be included in the Sandy Bank Bay Founders Program through which purchasers will receive a collection of valuable benefits and incentives. The Founders Program will extend only for a limited time.
Benefits reserved for Founders include:
• Twenty percent (20%) reduction of the public purchase price of your Founders Homesite;
• Waiver of Christophe Harbour Club Membership Deposit and regular membership dues for one (but no more than one) Golf Membership in The Christophe Harbour Club for so long as you own property developed by Christophe Harbour Development Company Limited ("CHDC"). This benefit is non-transferable; please refer to the Founders Program Addendum attached to your Contract of Sale for details; and
• A one-time opportunity to trade-up to a homesite of equal or greater price in a future release of homesites within Christophe Harbour. If you purchase a new homesite within Christophe Harbour from CHDC for a price equal to or greater than the original public purchase price (i.e., before Founders 20% price reduction– the “public purchase price”) of your Founders Homesite, CHDC will reacquire your Founders Homesite in exchange for a credit toward the purchase price of your new homesite equal to the public purchase price of your Founders Homesite.
In addition, if CHDC resells your Founders Homesite to a third party for a purchase price greater than the public purchase price of your Founders Homesite, then you will receive all net proceeds (i.e., net of closing costs, stamp taxes, commission, etc.) from its sale that are in excess of the credit you received toward your new homesite. This benefit is non-transferable; please refer to the Founders Program Addendum attached to your Contract of Sale for specific details.
