Are boat slips available in Christophe Harbour for sale or rental?

Yes. The plans for Christophe Harbour’s Marina call for, at build out, 250 to 300 or more boat slips, including a number of slips designed to accommodate vessels and mega-yachts from 100’ to 250’or more. A limited number of boat slips will be made available for sale at discounted pricing for our Founders. The current plan is for the remaining slips to be leased.

All boat slips will have access to state-of-the-art communications systems and utility hook-ups. Concierge, hospitality, and other services will be available for all yacht owners, their guests, and captains.
