Meet Glen Thomas

During any visit to St. Kitts, dining at the Beach House is an essential part of your island-experience. As you sit, enjoying a cocktail, a gentle breeze blowing across The Narrows, you may be lucky enough to have Glen Thomas serving you. Glen has been a server at the Beach House since it opened in May 2008. He says his utmost responsibility is “…making sure the guests are well taken care of while spending their evening with us.” Glen believes there is no better restaurant on the island; no better island in the Caribbean. Glen has called St. Kitts home from birth.

These days, when Glen isn’t at the restaurant, he is spending time with his new, three-month-old daughter, Jaidenique. He also enjoys playing and watching a good game of basketball, although baseball is his favorite sport. Glen also loves indulging in a good meal, and he says there is nothing better than “Cook Up” a favorite local dish consisting of pork, salted fish, chicken, rice and beans, with a blend of seasonings.
