    Maria,

I hope you remember me as the architect for the Clouston Residence FSRE (Villa 1801)!! Peter Hayes called me needing revisions, and told me about Christophe Harbor. What an exciting move you’ve make. Does Sunny still have his place on Nevis, or has he found anew on St. Kitts? Next time I’m bringing my congas to play on the beach.

If you could get me engaged in designing anything—homes, recreational, or commercial at Christophe Harbor, then I’d open my primary office there to help you insure highest quality design across the development. I have deep experience at the position of design review control as well, and could be your design review architect if you wish.

Please look at my website to see my versatility and talent for finest, award-winning design. In addition to the Cloustons from England, I’ve desiged homes for a second British family, one Belgian, two German, and one Malaysian families. As you saw with my first Dutch Colonial at 1801, I can do anything well, regardless of styles. My two “new” designs on the website under the “Projects” page prove my abilities.

Marian and I would love to call St. Kitts home!

Please let me know if I can assist you.

    Sincere Thanks,
    Tom Price
