Infrastructure Commencing at Sandy Bank Bay

Expect to see a burst of activity at Sandy Bank Bay during the coming months as infrastructure construction begins. The work gets underway with Malphrus Construction, in conjunction with local sub-contractors based in St. Kitts, to lay the infrastructure for Christophe Harbour’s debut community, Sandy Bank Bay. Next month, the roads for the hillside homesites will be filled with dirt, in preparation for paving and landscaping, and utility work will begin to lay water, power, and communication cables.
